Hey med students,
Is there any point in me keeping my undergrad books this semester. I have books on endocrinology, pathogenic bacteriology, cell bio and virology. Will these come in handy during med school or can I just sell them back and buy alcohol 🙂 ? Thanks!

well, its been my experience that I've barely cracked open any old books I have, but ya never know.....the money you get from selling them might come in handy for the holiday season. Plus, you'll be getting plenty of books while you're in medschool. Remember, if all else fails, you could always burn them in effigy

there's always room for effigy :horns:

We actually used the same cell bio book here for our first block that I used sophomore year in college. Granted, it was a newer edition, but it would have saved me like $100 if I had still kept the old one!

get rid of em.

i vote sell them and use the $$$ for something fun and fabulous. half of my "required" medical school textbooks have been collecting dust since august, so the chances that your undergrad book will be useful is quite slim.

I sold all of my undergrad book on ebay, amazon and/or half.com. Made a nice profit!!!
