Semester/supplemental hours problem

Hey guys...I've been having some problems with getting the correct grading system on my application..

Under "Course Work", I fill out the appropriate name and number, then fill in the appropriate OT grade. Then, I put in the credit hours and it automatically puts those credit hours under "supplemental", when they really should be under semester hours (it shows N/A for semester hours). Is there a section that I'm missing in which I'm supposed to designate the grading system my university uses? Please help, this is frustrating as hell....thanks
