If one wants to do this, must you send a transcript to each school or go through AAMCAS?

I really want to send them in, because I am taking 2 upper-div bio classes, and hopefully the grades I get from those 2 will be better to "cancel" a B in gen bio (this is the only bio grade I had in the AMCAS). Do you overwhelm the admission office with letters, and get them angry? What do you think??
