how do we send dat or mcat scores to the schools? do we send them to individual schools or to aacpm? i heard somewhere that we have to release them to aacpm. wat does that mean?

When you have your mcat scores, you can get on THX and request the aamc to release them to the aacpm. They will then send them to the pod schools.
If you have any trouble (I did) contact the pod schools you are applying to. The aamc also has an option on the THx system to print your own score report. My school accepted this.
