How important is it that the Transcript Request Forms are sent with the transcripts to PharmCAS? I've been to 3 different schools, and it's going to be hard for me to personally bring the Request forms to each school.

There is no wiggle room with this requirement. You must send in transcripts from every school attended because it is necessary for PharmCas to calculate your GPAs accordingly.

Check if the schools allow you to order an official transcript online. I attended 3 different schools too, but only had to personally go to one to turn in the request form, the other 2 schools I ordered online and it came to PharmCAS just fine.

I would include it so that they can link it to your PharmCAS account. Better safe than sorry. As for having difficulty personally delivering the request form to the schools, like I said before, check if their online transcript service allow you to attach a document. My school did and I attached the Request form as a jpg image.

And that is what I meant. You need to have that Transcript Request Form for each one otherwise PharmCas will not accept it.
