I am in india and would like to know whether I can take transcrpits and recommendation letters from the college and ask one of my close ones to send to the dental school at the time when I am applying? kindly answer.

early preparation is a smart move....but it is better to short list the Universities you are interested in applying and cross check from thier respective websites if they want the application supporting documents or reports to be send by the applicant or directly by the foreign university where
applicant has attended.
