separate LOR requests for ERAS prelim/TY

Hi, I'm applying into ANES, and am planning on submitting one ANES LOR to prelim/TY programs. Do I need to send two LOR request forms to my writer (one indicating ANES and the other prelim), or can I use the one LOR (which may have only specified ANES) and send that to the prelim program?
