If apps can be filled out in Sept and are turned in ASAP, like before october, does this sort of thing give any sort of advantage to the applicant. ie. rolling admissions

do you suggest getting it in ASAP

They are not rolling admission. But don't be late, so it is to your own relief that you hand it in before the deadline.
