serious advice needed

hi i took uwsa2 a couple days ago and got 216(uw score 490).
block1-34 (70%)
block2-29(60%)
block3-30(62%)
block4-23(47%)

i want to know if i should go take the exam.I just want to pass and get it done with this thing.I am worried although i passed uwsa2 because i got more than 10 wrong in each section..look at block 4..i did horrible but still ended up getting 216. is the real exam like this?
what do uguys recommand me? i just want to pass man

i would seriously advise doing an NBME

As the above poster said, NBME is another way to assess your performance though in a lot of users on the forum, the two scores are similar. The real thing is a fusion between the two.

That being said, a 216, is clearly a Pass. If you are just aiming to do so, then I think you should be ok though you should take another practice test or two to determine if you're really in the clear.
