Just take thee sum of the product of (#number of credits)*(grade received) for each class and divide by the total number of credits.
For example for Bio 1 and Gen Chem 1 you would do (4*3.25 + 3*3.25)/7.
This is assuming that B+ = 3.25 which may be not the case at your school.
If you cannot google gpa calculator or amcas gpa calculator to calculate YOUR sGPA on YOUR OWN then that is really problematic. Start taking some responsibility if you wish to become a physician one day. Here's a hint your sGPA is your BCPM gpa: Biology Chemistry Physics Math. All of the courses you've listed match the criteria.
I did calculate my GPA by myself and got a 3.4. I just wanted to confirm with SDN that I was doing it the right way, because my academic advisor said that he thinks it is lower. I also know what BCPM is. I intentionally listed all my BCPM courses in my post because I was trying to assess my sGPA. Thank you though for reminding me.
In that case I apologize but you should have stated that in the OP. Anyway I calculated your sgpa as 3.434 based on your courses. I don't see how your advisor would think its lower?
