My college has a class where we can get 70+ hours of shadowing. I'm in a situation where my tuition is free no matter how many credits I take. It seems like it would be convenient to take this class rather than looking for shadowing. Would this be looked down upon?

I think this sounds good! Shadowing is shadowing! will you be one-on-one with a doc or will a group of people (your whole class) be there at the same time? The former is much better.

I agree with mellie0! Do it! You'll get to network, etc. I'd still try to find other shadowing in addition.
Sweet deal.
