Hi everyone! I hope the new year is going strong for folks. I have been shadowing various specialties the past couple of weeks, which include emergency medicine, anesthesiology (OR), neurosurgery (clinic & OR), plastic surgery (clinic & OR), cardiovascular surgery (clinic & OR), cath lab, ob/gyn (clinic). I did a lot of primary care shadowing in high school, and am not interested in shadowing primary care again. However, should I still shadow this speciality just in case? Thanks in advance for the help!!

No. In fact it sounds like you have an over abundance of shadowing and should shift to something that is more active for getting clinical hours
