Shadowing Required?

Hello,

I have some experience as a medical scribe and 100+ hours in research but I'm seeing so much about shadowing for medical school. Should I wait to apply until I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Scribing is glorified shadowing (and employment to boot). It's perfectly fine.
