I was planning on taking the MCAT exam this next April. Of the four required subjects tested, I've completed biology & chemistry. I am currently enrolled in the year long sequence of physics and o.chem. By the time the April MCAT comes along, I will still have 1.5-2 months left of my last semester in physics and o.chem.

That being said, my question is: Has anyone been in this situation and still taken the MCAT in April? Furthermore, were you successful?

Thanks!

I took the MCAT without even taking the second semester of Physics and that portion was my strongest score on the exam. I am now a 4th year med student.
You just have to teach the material to yourself (you have to do a great deal of this in med school anyway so this will just force you to start early) and start preparing earlier than normal. Good Luck!
