Shelf Exam Scores

shelf exams aren't scored like the boards. what the school gets back is the number you got right/wrong and your percentage correct.

If anyone else is interested, I found the answer to my question on the NMBE website. The maximum score for a subject shelf exam is an 800. Depending on the test and performance by medical students across the country, the 99th percentile is usually achieved by a score >730. On the comprehensive basic science test an 800 corresponds to >265 on USMLE step 1.
