Go with the Dansko's.

It took me about 2-weeks to break in the shoes. But they're amazing. I'm standing 10-12 hours a day and no pain in my feet or legs. Also, you can wear them when you are in the clinic as well. They are made of good quality leather. So wear them hard and then just shine them up.
