Is there anything else youd recommend I do between now and july aside from 100 hr volunteer, 150 shadow and do my best on DAT? Maybe add in tutoring or non-dental volunteering?

Any should help 🙂 You should prioritize your time for studying for DAT, dental shadowing, and volunteer though. Spend may be ~5 hours or less weekly for tutoring (unless you tutor Chem/Bio which should help with your DAT revision). Dental volunteer is listed as dental experience in AADSAS application. Your hospital volunteer experience should account for a significant amount of hours in the non-dental-related volunteering section.
