I'm saying this with a big grain of salt because for some reason my brain has erased most of Zenge's wolf meta except for his first outing, and obviously he has changed his wolf strategy a lot since then, but I remember he was very hedgy and yes, willing to buddy up and tried to avoid stepping on toes, but when he was pressured, he turned extremely defensive. So far here, I agree that he doesn't feel offensive, but he also didn't get defensive at all when I pushed him. Seemed rather the opposite. Like I said, comparing to his first outing isn't the greatest read marker but it's what I've got, and I think the reaction to pressure is a little more tellingI don't recall wolfzenge so I am not claiming a read. But what I assume he does is the same as villagezenge but more pocketing type behavior and light on the attacks.
He seems village but as I read through to catch up, I just got a sense that there was a willingness to buddy up with people and less willing to offend. That has been the most wolfy thing that I have noticed in the game so far. I feel better about the people I have on the village side. Unfortunately, the ones that are left fall on the bottom of the list bc I have nothing that makes me want to move them up.
