Shoud DO's take USMLE step 2 CS?

For all of the DO's out there that are taking USMLE step 2.....

Are you guys taking both the CK and the CS portion?

Why would you take the CS portion? I can understand the CK portion a bit but the CS would be a waste of your money. You won't be boarded or granted a MD degree for passing all of thier tests. I am a DO student and took step 1 but after talking to residencies decided not to take step 2(usmle); still got as many interviews as my counterparts that did.
No one cares about the CS portion anyways. Take the COMLEX PE and waste your thousand there. Only take USMLE step 2 if you didnt blow up USMLE step 1. If you did, then just chill.
