Should I add more schools?

I have a 3.2 oGPA, 3.0 sGPA, and the following DAT scores: 19AA, 19TS, 23PA. I applied to 19 schools and have received one interview so far. I got the application complete email at the end of August. Would it be late to add schools at this time, and do you recommend that I add any more schools? If so, which schools should I add? What do you think are my chances with these stats?

ive noticed many schools like MWU-AZ and LECOM are not accepting any more students for interviews, at this point it might be a waste of $$$. 19 schools is a lot and you might just have to wait a bit longer. i think average students (those w/o 22s and 3.7 gpas) have only 1 to 2 interviews so far or the ones that have a lot of interviews might have applied june 1. so just be careful, think of where you want to apply and then use predents to check how many interviews that school has given AND call the school itself to make sure theyre still giving out spots (if they tell you the truth that is.)

MWU-AZ seems packed out because on predents, they've given out nearly 100 interviews and that only reprensents a very small slice of the total population. so choose wisely, unless you got $$$ to burn and you dont care, in that case just spray and pray! 🙂

LECOM is done with interviews? I am just floored that I didn't hear from them.

right but if they're filled up what's the chance to get accepted post december? i dont know if the MWU-AZ #s were very high. I think last year they had a low interview/acceptance ratio. So i think its not like case where you have a high chance to get accepted post interview.

oh wow so unless you got an interview, you'll have to wait a month just to hear back for post-dec ones lol not the best situation. i wonder how many applicants they will lose because of this. I assume in a month a lot more schools will settle the interview matters and people can have more choices.

I think thats why MWU-IL send our rapid interviews to fill up their slots to actually have viable candidates who would want to go to the school. Seems like LECOM has enough applicants and doesnt really want backups.

they work just like MWU-AZ, i did not apply to MWU-IL, but my friend got an interview like 2 weeks after she e-submitted. and she has an october date, like most of the other peeps on predents. so it seems that they are quick to fill up the interview spots, but also there is a possibility they have little applicants, because her stats were not that impressive and she still got a very early interview.
