Hi,
So I really do not want to take a gap year. Healthcare careers interest me but mostly physical therapy because it has had an impact on me. I have applied to Loma Linda (denied), Chapman (waitlisted), UNLV (waitlisted for interview), Mt. St. Mary (have not heard back from, Long Beach (have not heard back from), Azusa Pacific (too early to know still). Should I apply to more? Which ones, at this point I don't care if I stay in California or not.
My stats:
-around 200 hrs inpatient and outpatient done two summers ago.
- Involved in service during college
- 3.4 overall gpa
- 2.99 prerequ gpa (but i retook physics (C- to a B) so some schools might calculate this differently. Plus I am currently taking Anatomy with lab which may increase it.
-3.1 science gpa
-Biology degree at UC Irvine.
GRE: Quant (155), Verb (147) and essay (4.5)
