As an OOS applicant (from NY), is it worth to apply to this school with a 3.6x GPA and 510 MCAT?

Do you have access to the MSAR? Totally worth the modest expense if it saves you from even one misdirected application.

I would not suggest UMass as they target higher MCAT scorers typically for their OOS spots.
