I am a Texas resident, but I go to college in New York. I have heard that UMDNJ favors OOS students from the area. Should I apply?

it'll be difficult for you as a texas resident. would've been different if you were a ny resident (slightly better odds).

edit: not a fan of texas schools?

of course a fan of Tejas, but also applying to OOS friendly schools!
