Should I attend Canadian Undergrad or U.S Undergrad ?

My current ultimate goal is to gain an acceptance from a U.S med school as an international student. I do not hold Canadian Citizenship nor US Citizenship.

So is it going to make a different to attend a Canadian undergrad institution ot an american undergrad institution especially when you fill paper work from AAMC ?
