So I have ~ 250 hours of non-clinical experience through a specific organization over the past 5 years and an additional ~100 through my sorority in college. I could add an additional ~ 36 from when I was volunteering as an English tutor while studying Abroad my junior year of college but am unsure if I should. I also have ~ 100 from 2 separate 2 week international volunteer programs and a 3 week international volunteer program (all of which took place during high school). Should I include these? Thanks!!!

Include the 5 year organization. I would not include the sorority because of bias against Greek life by adcoms.
If you have other adequate volunteer hours, I would not include the study abroad tutor hours.
Do not, and I cannot repeat this enough, include short term international voluntourism programs!!!
Do not include high school experiences unless you continued it through college

Including the tutor hours from study abroad is valuable, I think, because it shows that you care enough about helping others that you even did it while engaged in a study abroad program. You were helping others and learning, perhaps, about a community different from the one in which you grew up.

It would look better if you want to include the 100 HS tutoring hours if you also have the 36 English tutoring hours from your junior year of college in the same space, to show that you continued this type of activity into the college years. List them in reverse chronological order, with the college experience in the header and similar info for the other two in the narrative.

What was the sorority-related activity?

They don’t care about anything that took place during high school. They want everything after that.

The sorority one's were typically food banks, beach clean ups, lots of community clean ups etc. and then we also had our dedicated charity which was Diabetes Research so we participated with JDRF and PADRE a lot as well. I know some people have said that there's bias against greek-like but if I show that we were active in volunteering and not partying wouldn't that be beneficial?

Greek activities that lead to volunteer or leadership opportunities are worth including on your application. Note that philanthropy/fund raising activities are looked at differently from hands-on or face-to-face interactions with those being assisted, so try to separate out those categories in your description.
