I am currently waiting for my dentist to write me my final LOR, and have otherwise completed the AADSAS application.

Should I submit now before all my letters are in? Is there any consequence?

i made the mistake last year waiting for my letters to come in. Yes, letters might be important, but I've also seen people getting interviews before all the letters came in.
So, missing the early batch deadline waiting for the letter really hurts, especially when you are not sure you will get the letter.

only caveat is that you have to know who's writing the letter for you and you cannot change that later on. i.e when your professor changes his mind, or you change your mind because it's taking too long, you cannot change who's writing the letter after you e-submit. Before you e-submit, you can change the LOE writers.

You can absolutely change your evaluators after you e-submit. Simply delete the old evaluator(s) and add the new one(s).

Are you sure? I think the delete button disappears after you e-submit it....hm? I could totally be wrong because it was a year ago.
Someone who knows for sure should chime in
