I have been working as a tech for this company for around 2 years now. The work is event based so I would work around 4-8 events per semester. I want to include it on my application but my boss is a rude person and I'm not sure how he'll speak of me if he were to get contacted by med school adcoms.

Should I include it on the TMDSAS (I noticed you don't provide contact info for past employment) or not? I feel like this experience will positively contribute to my application

Employment history is always good. That said, don't allow your boss to torpedo your chances. Can you use the HR Director instead? But you have already answered your concerns, I note.
