So I originally was planning on submitting within a few days of the application opening but I didn't. I have everything in already and received by AADSAS like transcripts, LORs, PS, etc. except for my DAT which I'm taking next week. Should I just wait now for them to receive my DAT scores before applying to e-submit now and then wait for them to send the DAT scores later?

I ask because I was just going to fax schools my unofficial score report but now that I think about it, they won't even have my application(even if I submit now right???) by the time I take the DAT so there would be no point in faxing it then...

The DAT takes about as long to be received as your application. Doesn't really matter if you submit now or not. Just know that if you submit now and are unhappy with your scores, you'll be in a situation where you can't retake the DAT again for months. I'd just wait since nothing is really reviewed for another 2 months anyways. I took my DAT in July so I knew it was my only option to do well on it, so I went all in by sending apps in before I took my DAT, but had I done bad, I would have been screwed out of the tons of money it costs to apply and wouldn't have gotten in. If you can see your scores before you pay application fees, do that.

Whether you submit or not if you want to retake the DAT you have to wait 90 days. Once you take it you can't register for a new DAT date for 90 days.

Yeah but it's always better to feel good about your scores AND then submit. There's literally no difference going to be made if you submit now or if you submit in next week
