Should I List Surgeries Observed?

I have shadowed two surgeons, one of which contributed greatly to my personal statement and reason to become a doctor. Should I list all the surgeries I observed on my application when mentioning the surgeons that I shadowed? Or is it not relevant to list the surgeries and just be vague?

No. It's not relevant. If you had a good experience and include it in your PS then that's enough, they don't really care what you saw as long as you learned something
