Should I list this experience?

I worked for Allstate sorting mail last summer - full time job (40hr/week) the entire summer. All I did was sort mail. My boss told me that this was considered an internship. Should I list it as a Work experience in AMCAS if I do not feel as if I gained much from it?

I'd say yes, just because adcoms like to know what you do other than school and medically related stuff.

For sure. Work experience is a great thing to highlight on your application. It can go a long way in giving Adcoms a sense of maturity.
