Should I not include any activities that are under 100 hours?

I'm talking about volunteering specifically, like at a college food marketplace. Also, I would like to mention that I'm applying for TMDSAS which has fewer character limits.

It just depends on what you would otherwise include and if you have other similar activities. Frequently you could just combine multiple similar activities under a single heading and give the overall number of hours

I think 100 hours is fine. I would combine activities that have fewer than 50 hours (such as many shadowing experiences).

All my non-clinical volunteering experiences were 50 hours each and it was never brought up.

In complete transparency I am a veteran though and i've heard mixed reviews on what people count that as so maybe that did or did not affect the perception, i'll never know. Just my anecdotal experience.
