learning language to move to lebanon to practice and help

Okay so my ultimate goal to become a doctor is to go back to the middle east and help out there because I'm lebanese and i have a soft spot as I have met a lot of people who are pretty much trapped there..

does this bother adcoms when you want to leave after you get your training?

Many adcoms would probably not be thrilled about this. It would be a case by case basis. Maybe talk about how you want to work with that population of people, in general, after meeting the people you mentioned.
