I recently met with a counselor at one of the schools I applied to. They said they looked over my application and nothing appeared to be wrong with it. I asked them if my grades, MCAT, or ECs were lacking and they said no. They did advise me to obtain more LORs but that was it.
I believe I could ask a professor and get a LOR or two from a few physicians I have been volunteering with. Other than that, I'm at a loss. The counselor was very nice and easy going, and basically told me I might've just been unlucky.
Should I try again? Currently trying to get a job, but I honestly don't want to spend more than a year out of school. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you.
