I think it would be best to submit TMDSAS now. They don't require your MCAT score to begin work on verifying your application. Be sure you have released your MCAT scores to TMDSAS (this is done on the AAMC portal where you registered for the MCAT).
TMDSAS will transmit your app to schools as soon as it is ready, and send your MCAT score to schools as well as soon as they get it.
