Should I take Anatomy if I haven't before?

I already applied for this cycle and am just waiting to hear on schools. Didn't take Anatomy I or II in undergrad, but took Physiology.
I do have the option to take Anatomy at the community college next to my house right now.
Will D1 be more difficult if I didn't take it?

If it isn't required, you don't need to take it. Take a terminology class for free online if you can. Or buy a book. Some free YouTube course should exist...

I personally recommend taking anatomy if you have time. I did well in anatomy, but it was too painful without any background.
