I have a Korean background and learning Japanese is super easy so getting an A is no problem. I already took 101 and 102 which I got A's on, and since I have to graduate now and fill in all the credits for options, I'm considering about taking 201 and 202.
Would the schools know that Japanese is a really easy course and they won't see A from Japanese as equal to A from ex. sociology, history? Or would it be good to take since it will be boost my overall GPA up?

I'd say don't worry so much what the admissions committees think. If you need some elective classes, and you would have fun doing japanese courses, then by all means do that. It's also something unique, so I bet it would be something that would get you noticed as well.
