Between Molecular Biology or Introductory Virology, which course do y'all reckon would be more interesting? I think virology might give a unique perspective since we're in the middle of a pandemic, but its at an introductory level. I'm doing transcript repair and the molecular biology course is definitely more rigorous.

I've taken upper level genetics this summer if it matters, and molecular biology acts as a continuation of it (definitely way too in depth to be useful for the MCAT).

Micro but doesn’t really matter. Just do well in the class you decide to take.

I found molecular biology and introducotry virology both boring. Virology is less memorization-heavy but not super exciting. Try take a pharmacology class or neurobiology class. They're more fun (N = 1).

Take the one you're more interested in. Molecular biology is likely more useful for the MCAT.
