I took a Basic Pathophysiology course last semester. The course was under the department "Health Information Technology" however it was physiology based and covered a good amount of biology, leading me to think that it should satisfy the BCPM criteria. The course description is "Introduction to the fundamentals of pathophysiology focusing on essential concepts of physiologic changes and altered functions in the human body resulting from disease processes"

Should this class go under BCPM?

I put my pathophys course under health sciences (it was a nursing course) and AMCAS moved it into BCPM. Based on your description, you could put it under BCPM.

Yep, anatomy and physiology classes are under the BCMP umbrella, and from what I've heard, it is very microbiology based.
