Should the idiots who make the DSM add "pre-med neurosis"?
It's much more satisfying than letting it slowly move to :gasp: the second page.Yet we continue to bump it by posting our disapproval, lol![]()

You sir, make the worst threads ever.
Lol...wait...you called the people who write the DSM idiots? Compared to who?
Well if the people who made the DSM are "idiots" then I'd hate to think what that makes you.
Probably compared to himself (the OP), but who knows... that's not very believable. Oh well... as fate would have it, the OP will probably end up w/ a USMLE score forcing him into a psych residency and end up competing with prescribing psychologists in Louisiana for patients... and finding himself woefully inadequate b/c they actually developed people skills during grad school.... (note: no, I don't support psych rx at their current level of training; it's dangerous, but still...)
The OP should frame this in gold and place in his bathroom mirror to stare at as a reminder at least twice day. (You do at least have proper hygiene, right, OP?)....and stop making stupid threads, although they are admittedly somewhat entertaining on occasion...albeit, mostly at his own expense!
whats albeit mean?

how can i develop a good vocabulary like urs so that i can sound loquacious during my interviews for med school?
Random thought: Has anyone else realized that the OP's username is a reference to an N.W.A. song?
It makes him fail even harder.
umm...you want to sound "loquacious" at an interview? intelligent? yes... but loquacious? At least to me, that word has a neutral to slightly negative connotation to it (i.e., vomit of the tongue) and a loquacious person at an interview probably wouldn't do as well as one who is succinct in their manner of communication. You sure you know the words you're using?
All rap/Hip-hop = FAILPump the breaks. While it is stupid to use lyrics as your username, lets not associate n.w.a. with failing. Without them, we would not have Dre, MD or ice cube
you = fail harderAll rap/Hip-hop = FAIL
No, I just have good taste in music.you = fail harder
agreed. No, I just have a limited taste in music.
I listen to everything and anything but rap and hip-hop, so no, I don't have a limited taste in music.agreed.

Just a bad taste in music. Hip-hop is the music of our generation. You might think you're real cool cause you only like Neil Young and Bob Dylan, but you'll be well served listening to Biggie and KRS-One.
That was a cleverly loquacious way of putting it.This thread fails.
Albeit it is slightly entertaining.
Do you not realize that I'm slapping my head right now?
All rap/Hip-hop = FAIL

Please look up the word loquacious before using it!
If that were a loquacious way of putting it, Sammich would have written far more albeit said less. Such is the way of a loquacious individual, to say little with many, many words. Many a loquacious individual would never pass an interview for medical school for sake of time, albeit, if one could, that loquacious candidate would talk a person's ear off.
(Sorry, in my boredom/procrastination, I couldn't quite resist...)
Do you really think you're so smart because you can look up the definition of loquacious? I was mocking you, smart alec. Are you that thick-skulled?
This was my way of mocking, lol I'm well aware of it's definition. I just forgot my [/sarcasm] brackets 😀Please look up the word loquacious before using it!
