Active Navy participating in HSCP wondering will "Hill-Sachs deformity with an anterior inferior labral tear/Bankart lesion" discharge me from the Navy? Any thoughts and helps will greatly appreciate it.

I incurred that from an injury while on leave while active duty. I got it fixed while active, continued with my service obligation, then got out at the same time I would have, otherwise. I don't understand why that would lead to a medical discharge.
