Sick days

How do you guys who are pharmacist use your sick days and how does it work if you don't use them in a year? Do any of you use them all up even if you are not sick?

I don't think you can use them if you're not sick. You can use them though for doctors' appointments, and I know I can use mine if an immediate family member is in the hospital.

It depends on the company you work for. Many companies nowadays bundle it all into "paid time off" instead of categorizing them separately, and that's not just in health care.
