sig of early interview at non-rolling school?

I was just wondering, at some of these non-rolling schools (Penn, Northwestern, Yale, etc) does it matter if you get on the first interview batch or later in the year? Does getting an earlier interview mean you're more likely to get in, like w/ rolling?

For nonrolling it does not matter when you get an interview.

I think it could imply that you're already a highly competitive applicant, as in, they dont need to see the rest of the pool to know that you're a comparative stud, before they start considering the dregs (like me).
