Hello all, I came across Sigler's drug cards (by Jeffrey D. Sigler) in this link. Looks like many students replied to their advertisement.

I'm wondering if anyone here has used these cards (especially the top 300 pharmacy prescription cards) as a part of their NAPLEX preparation... which ones did you use? (they have cards for prescription drugs, OTC, IV meds etc)... how useful do you find them? how up-to-date are they?
Thank you.

I used Sigler's cards and found them a useful way to go over the important info for the top 300 drugs, and which ever drugs I was unfamiliar with, I seperated those cards and kept reviewing them until I learned them. Knowing the Top 300 drugs is definitely key for both the Naplex and CPJE.

Hello pharmdrph,
Thank you for your reply. Did you also use Prontopass cards? Can you comment on how they compare with Sigler's cards? The reason why I ask is because I see many members here talk about prontopass whereas you are the only one who replied to the message on Sigler's cards.
Thank you for your time and attention.

Hi Tinu,

I used prontopass as well, and prontopass is definitely more comprehensive than the Sigler cards. I used the Sigler cards as a supplement to review the Top 200. If you are choosing between prontopass or Sigler, go with prontopass, you will learn a lot more clinical information from them. The Top 200 poster from Prontopass is great, and I really appreciated how it was organized, however if you want a little bit more info on Top 200, the Sigler cards are an additional adjunct.

Hello pharmdrph,
Thank you for a detailed reply on this. It really cleared off the confusion.
