Silly Question about AMCAS

I have just finished my AMCAS. I know that we have entered all courses and grades, but there is no entry for GPA? Do they calculate GPAs by themsevles? That can't be right, no?

AMCAS will calculate your GPA and then when you're verified you can view it.

Another dumb question, is it kind of late to submit AMCAS today? I assume I won't be receiving secondaries until they process my AMCAS, which will be up to 6 weeks later? When does everyone submit AMCAS? 🤣

I think you're still fairly early if you submitted today. I'm personally submitting in late July. If you want to be really early, you can lurk around the school specific application threads to get the secondary prompts so that you can complete them in advance while you wait for verification. That way, when you get the secondary application after verification you can just copy and paste which will make you as early as possible.
