Is this a bad time to tell you that I've never seen the Goonies?

because i put it there?
It was already on the list. In the Disneyish section. You may have put it there idk but it was already there when i was making my awesome category.

The Goonies was a movie I watched so many times as a kid, so people not even knowing what it is blows my mind.

My parents were cheap and I always had to pick my Blockbuster video out of the freebie classics section... I can't tell you how many times I watched the Goonies. And Annie. Sound of Music. Etc.

Blockbuster had a freebie section?

Not that those were the types of movies I would go for (I basically stayed in the horror film section throughout my childhood and adolescence).

You got coupons for free classics rentals every couple rentals. At least at ours.

How are there so many movie classics that so many people have not seen??? :nono:

I'd highly recommend stalking Netflix or Walmart's superdooper discount movie pile for some of these. This knowledge may just save you sometime during Trivia Night (or dating, if cougars/silver foxes are your thing haha).

Since I'm here though, here's an old odd one for ya... Who has seen Howard the Duck?

Another I haven't seen, though I know what it is (due to nerdy YouTube channels).

Haven't seen The Goonies, none of the Star Wars movies aside from Rogue One and half of The Force Awakens, or any number of other movies that I'm supposed to have seen. I'm a constant disappointment to the guy I'm not dating. He's made it a personal crusade to get me up to speed on this stuff. So in the past year I saw Dr Horrible, Mystery Men, and Galaxy Quest and there's a whole host of other **** he wants me to watch.

I can't help it. I spent most of my childhood and adolescence watching obscure anime and I went through a period where aliens terrified me (seriously, I got freaked out by ET and had nightmares for weeks).

Don't worry, we've been working on watching movies on rabbit (links always in The Watering Hole thread)

But Trivia Nights are my jam and are not always movie related and I am a bucket of useless knowledge.
