Interfolio sent my letters on 9/5 but they still havent arrived at their desitination. Should I resend?

Maybe they've arrived but school hasn't had time to process them yet.

i doubt it's a fault with interfolio. more likely that the school hasn't processed them yet.

The school said "we have not received your LORs yet" when I called them.

well, then maybe you should resend it with method that includes a tracking option.
