There’s a book called small animal medical differential diagnosis that’s pretty much a list of differentials…downside is it lists pretty much everything and doesn’t give reasons, its literally just a list.
Eclinpath is good since most IM cases have bloodwork.
Honestly a lot of that is a skill you just have to learn and figure out yourself. Notes from topic rounds, googling as you walk down the hallway, class notes, etc. are all useful in various ways.

Do you use the textbook or the phone/ipad app?
I have the textbook! I didn't know there was an app but I'll look into it because the book will be heavy to carry around on clinics haha
