Smart EMR/Program?

Hey everyone. In residency I got accustomed to EPIC.

Features of EPIC I like: Smart Phrases, and being able to create templates that you can A) choose from a list of options to insert a specific phrase into text and B) having the entire document/note update with certain pronouns (i.e. once you put him or her, the entire document will change all the pronouns in the document).

Luminello has smart phrases, as do other EMRs. But I cannot find an EMR that has the option to create a dropdown text box to insert predetermined phrases nor have smart words in the template which auto populate. Does anyone have any leads on this?

I also have been on the search for this and I was told by a product specialist that this is bee difficult to do as a programmer (weird bc most emrs can clone notes easily)

The best option for this from what I have seen is therapynotes. It has a button you just press for each section of the note and it autopopulates normal findings into the note.
