I'm following SN2ed's schedule for the April MCAT, but I'm really really not feeling confident. Would it be a good idea to self-study until March, and if I think I'm not ready yet, post-pone the test to July 6 with taking Kaplan's prep course(from April-July)?

You still have time, and around March is when you'll be taking the practice AAMC FLs, so it's kind of hard to say. Do know that the actual AAMC FLs tend to be less detail oriented than TBR. If it's the detailed questions of TBR that's killing you, don't feel so bad. Just make sure you understand things and are able to read and understand the passage efficiently and accurately.

If you want to use some more prep, I'd recommend EK or Princeton.

Unless its a lack of structure that you feel is hurting you then you don't need a class. I took a Kaplan class last year and really felt like I got nothing out of it. There is so much material that you just aren't going to absorb much from sitting in a 3 hour lecture and the teacher can't afford to slow down if he wants to stay on schedule.

I would also warn you not to drag it out too far, you have plenty of time til April. if you try to add another couple months of studying you are going to get burned out and not perform anywhere near as well as you would when you are fresh. Take a couple full lengths in early or mid march and if you are not scoring close to what you want then reconsider your plans. If you are then use the last month to address weaknesses and go rock it.
