I'm at Zenge/SAR/Clem/kitz/chic for town I'm most confident in.

I think the weakest of mine is chic because I know how suseptible I am to pocketing via effort. And I don't have any meta recollections there.

I think screams is likely a hit. I am not sure I can explain it well but she ~feels~ different this game. Kind of a #tone thing.

^This is scream's first real contribution, Saturday at 7:32 pm. Most of the previous engagement had been with me and spurs over mac and peas.





So this was after Samac recommended Beans should RR about 1h10m to close. Beans suggested Samac was fishing, and scream seemed to agree.

scream seemed to be (reluctantly) town reading Zenge and had a similar response to Fruit's pushback as I did.


After fruit died, scream had been pretty quiet. There was some chit chat about a whole lot of nothing. I know I was becoming the consensus vote, but this feels like scream popped in, threw a vote out, and then didn't really add much. Zenge said it was interesting and Chic demanded an explanation, to which scream said "gut feeling".

I went back and forth with some people, and Clem, who has put me on some kind of village pedestal suddenly voted SAR. That's when the chain of SAR votes seems to start. Zenge put a scream vote up and scream hopped on the SAR, abandoning her "gut feeling.

Since then it's mostly been "I'll avenge" apop.

tldr this does not make me feel great about scream. I see very little solving, parroting reads and votes with the populous.

Let's stream some consciousness. This is largely based on impressions from when I've been here/real timing.

Zenge - village

Vampy - here and there little twitches but I think overall village solving energy. She picked up on stuff in beans's reasoning for her reads that I agree with

Pop - I don't think I'm allowed to read her

Chic - solving energy, I just have no recollection of her playstyle

SAR - I'm definitely not allowed to read her

Clem - village

screams - I think I've only seen two of her posts

Snacks - nooblet?

Fruit - he hit back HARD at Zenge's sus on him and I don't remember him being quite that immediately retaliatory when he's wolfing (maybe he knows that at this point but it gives me pause)

beans - I do think her reads are very very hedgey. I think she probably outs the yeet avoidance regardless of affiliation.

rae - maybe wolfy? I don't know that I have a good reason for that ping

I still don't like this. A lot of us were sus reading fruit but it feels like dubz based this on zenge (again, who I am sus of in this context) and people saying "hmmm this feels like brute fruit". Anyway I want to clarify I did not shoot fruit JUST because of Zenge's read even though I jokingly blamed him. Yes it contributed. But I would not have shot fruit if others weren't also voicing suspicion there. I was looking to use the shot because I think it's better to use it early and I wanted to take out someone who was somewhat consensus POE. Unfortunately we're a bit disjointed overall and there wasn't that much consensus but, ya know.

Dubz has done a lot of "joking" and "being facetious" (see above on this page). It feels like every time someone has pointed out an inconsistency the defense was "it's a joke".

I was having trouble because I'm trying to take things with context which means I had to make sure I checked the surrounding posts. 7 pages x 40 posts per page is still 280 posts, plus making sure I'm not cherry picking.

Look at that! More than 7 posts.

A lot of this feels like a direct repeat of the times we were at odds in CYO, particularly the incongruent reads. I think we just do view the game differently. You also said similar things about me and the people I was village reading in that game - that there had to be a wolf between me/Zenge/samac/shorty for example. I take the reads of the people I'm village reading into consideration, that is why you'll see me asking them about their reads and (sometimes) changing my stances based on those reads.

Maybe y'all just don't get my jokes? You're unlikely to find low level inconsistencies like what you're suggesting in my wolf play, I'm just not sloppy like that. When im village i just say what's in my head at any particular moment, and sometimes there's dumb **** in there. I was very clearly riffing off of the established meme of Zenge blaming samac when he misyeets people. On the other hand, me being bad at vig shots is not a joke. I can dig up the receipts if you like. I shoot into the general POE always but I almost always hit villagers.

As I said earlier, Zenge's read did contribute, his believing it hard enough to be campaigning for people to vote there did contribute. But I wouldn't have shot fruit if there was only one person suspicious of him. "A lot of us were sus reading fruit" is the important note there. It is also kind of funny to me that I decided to do it right after you added in your own support for the fruit!sus and you're the person who has given me the most **** about it. You wouldn't know of course that your post was what pushed things over the edge, but it just feels, to me, very disingenuous to be like "wow that was so wolfy" when I shot someone you were ostensibly okay with being yoten?

I don't feel like I've been all that prickly. Calling out something I find sus is not me being prickly, it's part of the game. Me asking you to walk me through the thought process was not be being prickly, it was legitimately me asking what the thought process was because I wanted you to support the position you were taking. And as for the last bit, I just don't like my words being misrepresented.

As I said to beans, my personal stance on a vig shooting someone tonight did not change. But for multiple reasons I thought it would be useful to carry on the conversation. That's not flip flopping. And I hadn't already done the hypothetical. There hadn't been any real conversation about it at the time. Both were things I said to see how people would respond, but very different executions. The full conversation tonight was actually like...a mental progression from the first time I brought it up. An escalation of sorts. It wasn't like I did the exact same thing twice.
